Welcome to SIMPLY DIVINE! For as long as I can rememeber, I have wanted to have a store where I would display and sell all the beautiful things that I love to have in my own home and garden. It all started in a little book that I would jot my thoughts and designs for my store. In May of 2005, my dream started to become a reality. I had lived in Northern Virginia my entire life, my daughter gradauted from college and moved on, and I was suffering severe burnout with my sales career, I decided to take the plunge....and I mean plunge! In a very short period of time...days.... I quit my job, sold my house, and came to Charleston. I had never been here before but it seemed like the coastal town I had always wanted to live in. On my first trip to downtown, I found the perfect spot on King Street, right in the heart of the shopping district and the rest is history! Since that time, my daughter Ashleigh has also moved to the lowcountry to become the manager of Simply Divine. We are loving every minute and look forward to having all of out friends drop in and say "hi" when they come to viist this wonderful city!
